Thank you for your excellent service in taking my Wife and I to Heathrow airport before Xmas and for collecting us on our return last week.  To arrive back after a 14 hour flight, knowing I did not have to collect my car, hit the M25 and M3 in the rush hour, in the dark, and in pouring rain gave me a great sense of relief.  And, when we got onto the M3, only to find it was closed at one point, would have been the last straw if I had been driving.  You did a marvellous job in circumnavigating the problem and we will certainly be using your services in the future and will recommend others to do the same.  Well done Richard and thank you!
